No. 1 I think 166.00 for a diagnostic fee is ridiculously high and didn't even find the real problem....no.2 1200 bucks for a fuel pump on Top of that is why there's one star..

(WARNING LONG COMPLAINT) I have used their services in the past and even referred others. Well they have changed, I guess with all the new employees and new hours they have to make up for the money by extending it to the customers. Took my vehicle there for it staling in the morning and they completed an engine diagnostic for $150.00 no codes were indicated with the test, but they suggested a tune up for $670.00 (WOW). Even though the 150.00 testing didn't suggest this and that testing fee is not applied to repair cost. I also needed my tire rims sealed and it was going to cost $100.00 per tire. Again please excuse the long post, but as I stood in line to pick up my car after I refused any of their suggestions and had to pay the 150 I noticed that they charge such enormous rates, because they assume everyone wants to use the financing options they provide. They are preying on the poor and I felt sick to my stomach with them. Shame on you guys! I called other repair shops and a tune up with labor cost was never over 400.00. The final bill they wanted to charge was over 2,000 with labor cost of 150.00 per hour. I will take my car to the dealership with these prices. Please shop around first. They have great customer service but beware of being over charged!!
