I was very impressed with the depth of their knowledge and diagnostic skills. They are honest people who charged me very reasonable rates. Jenny, the front office staff Is a rockstar.

I bought 3 new tires and inquired about replacement a belt and lube. Because of Mr. Ode’s honesty I didn’t need either of those additional services. He is also a Veteran! I highly recommend Ode Tire Company!!

They had a fabulous job on my odometer everything was completed and what they did did not expect a 20-point inspection that was fabulous you don't get that often, they did do it at Ode and was kindly appreciated, and they have somewhere to pick you up and drop you off at home that was a godsend thank you Ode until then have a good day, will be back and the staff was fabulous.

I brought my 2013 Chevy Cruze in after another shop was unable to determine why it kept overheating. Ode Auto performed a thorough diagnosis, documented their findings with photos, identified the water pump as the likely cause, and recommended a cooling-system flush because the coolant was contaminated. The price was higher than I originally expected, but the staff worked with me on discounts, communicated clearly, and most importantly, the repair fixed the problem. I appreciate that they took the time to properly diagnose the vehicle instead of just guessing and replacing random parts. overall good shop.
