For me as a woman this is a dangerous shop in my opinion. I paid for 4 brand new tires an alignment and balance. They literally only put the tires on my car. When I got on the freeway my whole car was shaking uncontrollably. I drove right back to Ode’s where after test driving my car they see that the guy who work on my car had a death in his family and he did not complete the alignment nor did he balance my tires. The crazy part was no one was surprised in fact they literally acted like they couldn’t care less, now my engine light has come on. I honestly don’t know what they did to my car but my automatic starter now doesn’t work. They don’t deserve the 1 star, it is certainly more consideration than they gave me and my husband.
Tonya, I am very sorry for the way things went with your repairs. I would like to say there is no excuse for the mistakes we made. We are honest and transparent and are not afraid to admit when we make a mistake as we are all human. I thanks you for giving us the opportunity to rebalance the 2 tire that were missed and align the vehicle as well. As far as your remote start not working is because for safety reasons the automatically disable when there is a service engine light on. I'm sure that will return to function once the SES light is corrected. Again we have been in business since 1969 and about 60% of our cliental are women. We take extreme pride in all we do, unfortunately at times mistakes can happen and this was a big one.
