Great shop with high quality service

Very disappointed. An appointment for the car didn't look at the car until 2 p.m. when I hit appointment for 8 a.m.. never called back to tell me what they found. Had to call them the next day. And they came up with all kinds of things wrong and never fixed what I brought it into the place for. I will never go back or recommend them again. Waste of my time and the mechanics time if they didn't want to fix my car. I'm not going to put $5,000 into an old car thank you fix what I asked you to fix but couldn't do that what's money

Few years ago I took my car in... needed a brake line and was rusty underneath. They told me my car was worthless and I would need to buy a new car. It has been 3-4 years since I had somebody else fix my car (~$400-500), and it is still fine. Take the hint, they have used cars for sale in their parking lot...

After being taken by several auto repair shops I found ODE. I have never been happier with the service that I got at ODE. They did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. Paul went out of his way to help me with the payment of my bill and Nathan did a great job explaining what was being done to fix the car, even showed me pictures of what was being done. Overall, I am glad that I found ODE and will continue to have them service my car. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 2020 UPDATE I had my oil changed and the tires rotated using a coupon that I got from ODE. They have not changed a bit. I received excellent and courteous service. I tell everyone about ODE and will continue to do so. They're just a fantastic Auto Shop! Update May 2021, as usual ODE came thru again. Exceptional service, and super fast turn around time! I normally have tires delivered to Ode auto from tire buyers and I have them put on by Tommy, Tommy is a great guy and he has excellent customer service skills. He is the only person that I have to put on my tires for my 2012 Chevy Malibu LTZ. Service: Tires
