Overall Ode is a great place to take your vehicle to. The write up guys are friendly and helpful. You get in very quickly and they perform the service quickly. I used to go to Discount Tire but every time I had a flat they claimed the tire was beyond repair and had to be replaced, I was paying the price I just paid for this tire at Discount 6 years ago, so they aren't a Discount. Ode searches for the best price for your tire. My only complaint is that the guy who put the tires on over tightened the lug nuts, I found out when I put the spare on after damaging a tire I got replaced last summer at Ode. I mentioned it to the write up guy and he had the tire installer loosen all the tires and properly torque them, which corrected my wheel wobble that I had since replacing my two front tires. Ode is a small independent auto center and it shows in their great customer service and fair prices. My tires cost almost $300, the write up guys saw what I paid last time and mentioned how much they went up and tried to get me the best deal. I highly recommend Ode, if they order tires they usually have them in less than 24 hours, I called at 4pm and 8 am the next day they had them and 10 am I was getting it replaced.
