Few years ago I took my car in... needed a brake line and was rusty underneath. They told me my car was worthless and I would need to buy a new car. It has been 3-4 years since I had somebody else fix my car (~$400-500), and it is still fine. Take the hint, they have used cars for sale in their parking lot...

After being taken by several auto repair shops I found ODE. I have never been happier with the service that I got at ODE. They did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. Paul went out of his way to help me with the payment of my bill and Nathan did a great job explaining what was being done to fix the car, even showed me pictures of what was being done. Overall, I am glad that I found ODE and will continue to have them service my car. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 2020 UPDATE I had my oil changed and the tires rotated using a coupon that I got from ODE. They have not changed a bit. I received excellent and courteous service. I tell everyone about ODE and will continue to do so. They're just a fantastic Auto Shop! I normally have tires delivered to Ode auto from tire buyers and I have them put on by Tommy, Tommy is a great guy and he has excellent customer service skills. He is the only person that I have to put on my tires for my 2012 Chevy Malibu LTZ. Service: Tires

They stole money out from the sunglasses holder in my car.

Attention all service advisors: I started working at Ode Auto Repair and Tire, back in September of 2021, as a service advisor this company takes advantage of their employees and lies about the structure of the business during your interview. I was told I would get paid $15 an hour plus monthly bonuses but the problem is, that was fine until the rental agent quit and I was required to run the rental company on top of being a full time service advisor, while still getting paid the same amount of $15 an hour. I was not on the books for Rent A Wreck as an employee, so I’m not sure how exactly this is legal. On top of that, after speaking with owner, Darin, numerous times about the lack of compensation for the amount of work I was doing and the fact that I was working for both companies and only getting paid for one. I was told I have to work for both companies or I was going to be fired. On top of all of this, after I walked out on the company due to the lack of professionalism and compensation they have proceeded to try to ruin my reputation. I have contacted the State of Michigan Labor Board about these issues that I’ve had with this company, and they are currently being investigated for these things. Do not take your business there, because by doing that you’re paying the bills for someone that takes advantage of their employees.
