When I first stopped in there I thought I may have found a nice place to do business with in regards to my car. My neighbor has been there several times and I did like how I was greeted. The gentleman took a ride with me so he could hear the sound in the rear of my car. I already knew it was my shocks and just need them to confirm it. He gave me a somewhat estimate of what the shocks would cost and I was willing to pay that so the gentleman told me to bring it back at a certain time....So I did! When I get there he states it will be something like $54 but it doesn't got towards my repair. Now dont get me wrong i have no problem paying for the estimate as long as it goes towards my repair My neighbor had already informed me that she has never payed for them to check her car out more than once....Wow so I wonder what was the difference between her and I!!! But Oh well
HI Maria, I'm sorry for the confusion on the diagnostic time to road test, hoist your vehicle and track down your noise. There would be no charge to verify if your shocks were bad before replacing them but if they were not the issue then there is a bit of time involved in trying to find noises. We have electronic equipment we hook to the parts of your car and road test to pinpoint your problem so your not putting on parts you do not need.
