I'm satisfied with the work that was done. However, I had to call them to find out the status of my vehicle. If I didnt call I wouldn't have known.

I was charged 198$ for a diagnosis after I came to pick my car up. Just to tell me bad gas and a strut. So this was a surprise to me. Also, I rented a car from them before but when I tried to rent another vehicle/the price changed and they wouldn't take my credit card. Very bad experience. So, I went back to Enterprise-they have better cars. They tell you exactly what you are paying.

I apologize for any confusion on your rental vehicle, I noticed did take your card and I see you did rent the car for one day. About the diagnosis, much of those charges go toward the repair of the vehicle but you chose not to repair your car. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Very quick service. I would have had to wait until 3 pm for a new tire, but they offered to go pick up one for me. I was out within 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future.
