I had a great experience with them. I needed to get custom rims for an old motorhome shipped there, and then a somewhat obscure tire size mounted and balanced. The whole thing was painless and all the employees I dealt with were good conversationalists, friendly, and professional.

I have been dealing with ode for over 10 years. Very trust worthy friendly and helpful. I highly Yeah recommend ode as they are the best in the buisness.

My wife and I have been taking our car to Ode for years. we won't go anywhere else. The service there is thorough and fast. Darin and Paul are very friendly and personable and we have always enjoyed working with them. They are more friends to us than just the guys who fix our car. Ode is a great place to have your vehicle repaired without any worries and at a very fair price! You won't regret going there!

Darin and his staff are true professionals. I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. I especially love their loyalty card program, it definitely separates them from the competition. i have also send several friends there to purchase cars as well.

Wish I could give it no stars. Brought my vehicle there to find transmission leak, replace engine mount and possible other leaks. Was called after inspection and was told that they found leaks and that to repair leaks and replace engine mount it would be just under $700. I specifically asked if that was for oil lines and transmission lines were being replaced also. I was told "YES". Upon picking up my vehicle, I was told by the mechanic that he was beer informed to inspect for leaks and that all he was told to do was replace engine mount and oil lines even though I was charged $78 for a full inspection. I finally got tired of arguing with Paul saying I never told him I had a transmission leak, being that was the main problem I had and why I brought it in, I finally paid and left after about a hour of arguing. I live only 1/2 mile away from ode, after I got home, I went out to the corner store and within that 4 house trip down my block my engine started knocking. When I called to ask to speak to a manager at Ode, Paul told me none were there and I would have to call next week because all the managers were gonna be on vacation. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and it took them over 7 months to finally answer me back. Since I tried to rectify this situation through the BBB and not legally, I will be contacting the state now for Ode charging for services that they are not performing and that they destroyed my engine in my vehicle. Do not go to this place ever. They will lie to you, not do the work promised, overcharge you hours for what book time calls for, and do horrible work. My fenders and carpet, tires and wheels were full of grease when I got it back. Go somewhere else where the people are honest. I now understand why they have a "mechanic wanted" sign up there about every other month.

So... my elderly mother's car overheats in the middle of a car wash. They have to tow it out and the tow truck driver recommends Ode, says they are AAA approved/recommended. These guys were very nice to my mother who can get very anxious in these situations, even arranged a ride home for her. They checked the car out, explained the problem, fixed it in a timely manner, and were just very patient and accommodating.

I was very happy with my experience here! I was referred by AAA after my tire blew out on the highway. The staff was able to take care of my car right away even though it was a busy day. I believe I only waited 25-30 minutes overall. The price was reasonable and better than I'd paid for a tire replacement a few years back. The service was great - friendly, informative, and honest!

These guys rock. Always take care of me and my vehicles. They did all of the maintenance on my last vehicle, and it was still running top notch after 220,000 miles. The next one will get the same treatment. Honest assessment of vehicle issues. They'll let you know when something must be done now, or maybe it can wait. Great recommendations for type/brand of tire to fit any budget. They offer a Road Hazard Policy, highly recommended.
